Role Overview

The Manager Business Solutions & Analytics drives operational excellence by partnering with commercial teams to enhance sales force effectiveness, develop OmniChannel strategies, ensure data enablement, and provide commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local sales reporting, metrics and dashboard automation.
  • Ensure data hygiene and manage sales data effectively.
  • Lead forecasting, quota development, and business insights analysis.
  • Oversee ad-hoc analyses, data visualizations, and reporting.
  • Support Sales Execution Plan reporting and Incentive Compensation Plans.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in a business field and 3-5 years of analytics experience.
  • Proficient in statistical modeling, CRM systems (VEEVA/Salesforce), and data visualization tools (Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment and strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills & Working Environment

Masters degree and pharmaceutical industry experience are preferred. This hybrid role is based in Markham at the Astellas Pharma Canada Home Office with a blend of on-site and remote work. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required, and accommodations are available upon request.
