The Role

We’re looking for a Staff AI Engineer to help define and build the next generation of AI-powered systems at the core of our platform. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role—architecting scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with LLMs and modern development tools.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deliver production-ready AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
• Lead by example—mentor engineers while staying deeply technical and hands-on
• Design scalable infrastructure for AI-driven applications
• Develop and optimize APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
• Collaborate with product and research teams to turn ideas into real-world impact

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering high-quality software and meaningful AI/LLM-driven products
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development frameworks
• Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI systems in production
• Strong background in API design and backend development (Python/Django/Flask a plus)
• A track record of technical leadership and driving complex initiatives end-to-end
• Experience With LangChain.js Or Similar LLM Frameworks (preferred)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward shipping impactful work
