Civil Engineer in Training

About the Role

We are searching for a Civil Engineer in Training or Civil Technologist to join our Calgary office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team working on infrastructure and multi-discipline projects including roads, drainage, storm water management, water mains, sewers, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

You will develop skills in all areas of project delivery. This includes preparing studies, designs, cost estimates, specifications, contract documents, construction management, and construction inspection.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Registered or eligible for registration as an Engineer-In-Training with APEGA
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• Valid driver’s license
• AutoCAD skills are beneficial
