Job Summary
The Project Coordinator, IWMS Software Implementation at AssetWorks Inc will guide customers through the implementation process. This role supports the PMO (Project Management Office) and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual dedicated to launching a career in software implementation and project management. This entry-level position involves working directly with higher education customers to implement our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) software, which assists in space management, capital planning, project management, and maintenance (CMMS).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist PMO with scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project plans, reports, and client correspondence.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as central contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project progress and update project management tools like Jira, Asana, etc.
- Project Execution: Manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
- Reporting: Compile regular status reports and update internal stakeholders.
- Issue Identification: Proactively escalate potential issues or risks to the project manager.
- Training and Handoff: Coordinate customer training sessions and manage transition to support.
Job Requirements and Skills
Education: Associates degree preferred; degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in an administrative or professional setting with project-based role experience or internship.
