Role: Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in all aspects of property maintenance including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep. This role also supports the property make-ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
- Daily on-site attendance and community maintenance
- Timely response to work orders and service requests
- Performing repairs, replacements, and upkeep of common areas
- Pool maintenance, grounds inspection, and preventive upkeep
- Maintaining records, inventory, and adhering to safety standards
Responsibilities
Key duties include: regular maintenance of community areas, managing routine cleaning, performing pool and grounds upkeep, and supporting emergency repairs. Additional tasks involve enforcing community policies through excellent customer and resident relations.
Requirements
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and reliable transportation. Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 100+ lbs and working in various environments is essential.
