Assistant Controller Role

The Assistant Controller provides leadership and coordination of property financial statements for a group of clients. Reporting within a team of accountants and working closely with auditors and clients, this role ensures that financial procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Supervise a team of accountants
  • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of financial statements
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding financial performance
  • Coordinate with Controller, CFO, and other Assistant Controllers
  • Participate in hiring and performance reviews
