Team and Role

This position is part of the Customer Success Team and works closely with the Assist product team, a startup within a startup led by Co-founder and CTO John Wang. The Assist team is focused on an AI-based product that enhances customer service efficiency and satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage early customer relationships ensuring smooth adoption and success.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Assist product to stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through workflow and quality management processes.
  • Gather feedback to continually improve product features.
  • Contribute to customer success strategies and evolving product offerings.

About You

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or related fields in fast-growing SaaS companies. You should be an AI enthusiast, capable of leading change, customer-centric, adaptable, technically adept, innovative in problem-solving, and a proactive team player. A background in management consulting, entrepreneurial pursuits, or project management is beneficial.

Location & Compensation

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. The estimated base salary is around 150,000 yearly, with stock options and a range of comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, professional development credits, and a 401(k) plan. The work arrangement is hybrid with perks in our SF & NY offices.
