About Sales Account Manager

Aspyr Media, Inc. is a leading game publisher and developer known for bringing iconic franchises such as Tomb Raider and Star Wars to a global audience. This in-person role focuses on maximizing revenue and strengthening the company’s global sales presence through digital and physical channels.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies for a portfolio of over 100 SKUs.
  • Deliver project-specific sales and SKU plans, including for project Greenlights.
  • Manage storefronts on platforms including Steam, Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
  • Utilize internal data tools to report on sales KPIs such as promotion performance and unit sales.
  • Act as primary liaison for gaming storefronts such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Apple, and Google.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver retail boxes, collector editions, promotions, and other sales activities.
  • Build and maintain a promotional calendar for activities across 1st party platforms, 3rd party distributors, and physical retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and identify new sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the games or a comparable industry.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing sales plans across multiple product SKUs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
