Role Overview

As the Sustainability Data Manager at ASOS, you will own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery of sustainability data. This product-led, high-impact role will enable data-driven decisions, compliance reporting, and support our circularity and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ASOS’s sustainability data strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and scale data architecture using Microsoft Azure.
• Automate key reports and build dashboards (Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ESG initiatives.
• Manage government and NGO reporting for compliance.

Technical Development & Innovation

Lead implementation of supply chain traceability systems, integrate sustainability into PLM systems, and champion automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and digital reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in data strategy or product management in retail/fashion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong technical & communication skills with leadership experience.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and circularity.
