Job Overview: Senior Product Manager (Personalised UX)

This role within the 'For You' team in the Customer Experience org focuses on delivering personalisation features that make every customer feel seen and understood. You will lead strategy and development, using customer data and behaviour to craft tailored user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital personalisation features.
  • Lead initiatives to enrich customer profiles using implicit and explicit data.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
  • Create personalisation strategies to enhance engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
  • Utilize customer research, data, and experimentation to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms. Experience launching 0-1 mobile-first products with a focus on personalisation. Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Optimizely.
