The Role
We’re a stealth, seed-stage AI startup backed by top VCs. We’re looking for a founding engineer to own major parts of our platform and help shape our culture and tech stack from day one.
What We’re Building
A deployment platform that helps enterprises move AI from experimentation to production—fast, securely, and cost-effectively. Our system runs across public cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. No legacy code. No committees.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and operate production-grade distributed services.
- Deploy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Work with early customers to translate needs into features.
- Use AI-driven dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to multiply velocity.
- Set the engineering bar as we grow.
What You Bring
- 5+ years shipping and maintaining production software.
- Deep backend/distributed systems experience.
- Cloud-native chops: Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong API design and systems fundamentals.
- Production proficiency in Rust or C++.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity in 0→1 environments.
- Clear communication and customer-facing ability.
