About the role
CSCM Material Coordinator In-Fab Shift Leader - Taichung
Key elements of the job include:
- Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders on an operational level.
- Fulfill supply chain materials preparation for internal action demand.
- Maintain Field Operations local KPI targets, including ownership of one or more KPIs on the dashboard.
- Manage manpower from outsourcing to fulfill customer demand and assign daily operations on the customer site.
- Follow up on issues arising from operations, report operational abnormalities, and trace them.
- Drive operational improvements in efficiency and provide effective processes to meet saving targets, including cost or manpower.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve Win-Win solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills and proven track record in operational planning and execution in a high-tech or otherwise highly complex and cross-sectorial business environment.
- Ability to manage high dynamics while having the drive to deliver, structure, and continuously improve.
- Effectiveness under high pressure and continuous re-evaluation of priorities.
- Identifies and actively seeks support from other stakeholders to drive SCM performance.
- Willingness to work a shift model (day/night).

- Great communication skills with customers and subordinates.
