Overview

The Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer at AsiaSat supports the full spectrum of HR services covering the employment life cycle. The focus is on talent acquisition, onboarding & off-boarding, HR policy implementation, C&B management and handling other HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment from needs analysis to onboarding and visa processes.
  • Conduct data analytics and provide market insights for improved recruitment practices.
  • Support talent management activities including performance management and training.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify competency gaps and develop training plans.
  • Assist in policy review, development and implementation for HR and admin functions.
  • Supervise junior staff for comprehensive office support and facilities management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in sizable firms.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong and China regulations.
  • Excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Self-starter who works independently and builds strong rapport with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive, flexible approach and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Preference for those with extra experience for a potential managerial track.

Work Location

This position is based in Tai Po, with shuttle bus services provided from Kowloon Tong and Tai Po Market Station.
