Overview

The Manager, Human Resources & Administration at AsiaSat supports full spectrum HR services covering the employment life cycle with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding & off-boarding, HR policy implementation, C&B management, and other HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment from screening to onboarding and visa processes.
  • Conduct market data analytics and provide recruitment insights.
  • Support talent management activities including performance review and training.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify competency gaps and develop plans.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and workflow enhancements.
  • Supervise a junior staff handling office support tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sizable firms.
  • Excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Self-starter, detail-minded, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role.
