Overview
The Manager, Human Resources & Administration at AsiaSat supports full spectrum HR services covering the employment life cycle with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding & off-boarding, HR policy implementation, C&B management, and other HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment from screening to onboarding and visa processes.
- Conduct market data analytics and provide recruitment insights.
- Support talent management activities including performance review and training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify competency gaps and develop plans.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and workflow enhancements.
- Supervise a junior staff handling office support tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sizable firms.
- Excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Self-starter, detail-minded, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role.
