Overview
The Executive Sales Administration role at Asian Paints is focused on supporting the sales team by generating accurate sales reports, assisting dealers with necessary communications and logistics, and ensuring timely operational and safety compliance.
Areas of Responsibility
Business Objectives: Assist the sales team with dealer level sales reports, credit note and debit note workings, and scheme related communications.
Servicing: Ensure timely supply of sales aids such as shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits. Provide logistics support for unit initiatives, activations, and new dealer account openings. Assist in gift settlements and coordinate with HR on employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, and separation.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce time and costs. Ensure accurate and timely sharing of reports and services.
Vendor Management: Monitor and process vendor payments in accordance with defined terms, ensuring no pending payments or discrepancies. Coordinate with vendors for closure of outstanding amounts and quarterly balance confirmations.
Statutory and Safety Compliance: Maintain statutory records, ensure compliance updates on the statutory portal (GRC), and conduct safety mock drills in office and warehouse premises.
