Overview

The Executive Administration role at Asian Paints involves managing facilities and engineering administration in a large office setup. You will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, fire, and plumbing systems are well maintained and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operation and maintenance of utility systems including HV & LV electrical, UPS, cooling towers, and more.
  • Oversee asset management, cleaning processes, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate projects by planning, scheduling, and executing engineering tasks.
  • Maintain documentation, prepare reports and meeting materials.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar, vendor negotiations, and SAP operations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and liaise with government offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering administration in an office setup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CAD, and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
