Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring an Analyst / Senior Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in analytics, BI, or consulting. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and passionate about turning data into insight.
What You’ll Do:
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Automate workflows using SQL, PowerApps, Alteryx, and Azure.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support transformation projects, including process mapping and change management.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Integrate AI-led improvements into client work and internal delivery.
Key Skills:
- Ideally a 2:1 degree in STEM, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics, BI, or consulting.
- Strong data storytelling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau and advanced Excel.
- Exposure to SQL, Alteryx, Azure, or PowerApps is a plus.
