Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery and Revenue Cycle department. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive salary of $110,240.00 - $153,668.00 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex IT projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes aligned with PMI standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle by adhering to PMI standards and PMO processes, ensuring the timely delivery of key artifacts including project charters, RACI matrices, and comprehensive schedules.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation within ServiceNow (PPM) and Google Workspace, maintaining fiscal accountability and ensuring projects remain within defined financial constraints.
- Drive project momentum through rigorous meeting facilitation and task management, holding cross-functional resources accountable to aggressive deadlines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, track, and remediate project risks and issues, implementing strategic resolutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project health.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership and stakeholders, delivering tailored reporting and updates to ensure organizational alignment and address project concerns.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 8 years of IT project management experience.
- 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably managing projects involving EMR builds and applications attaching to EMRs.
- Google Suite and ServiceNow project management proficiency.
