Job Description

Overview

The Project Manager Healthcare at Ascension will spearhead critical, strategic projects across the organization. This role is remote and requires a work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organization-wide projects.
  • Develop project plans/charters with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and monitor resource allocation and make recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement project plans.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years of project management experience in healthcare or non-profit settings.
  • Proficiency with GSuite, Excel, Salesforce, Agile, Jira, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong customer service, presentation, and independent work skills.
  • Excellent project planning and problem-solving capabilities.
