How You’ll Make an Impact in this Role

• Lead high-impact network infrastructure strategic projects that drive measurable improvements in scope, timeline, cost, and quality across enterprise initiatives.
• Stabilize and revive complex or at-risk projects, quickly identifying root causes and implementing clear recovery plans to restore momentum and stakeholder confidence.
• Oversee project prioritization and governance, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value work and leaders have clear visibility into progress and outcomes.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively managing competing priorities, resolving barriers, and applying data-driven insights to keep initiatives on track.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into executable plans that deliver meaningful results for the organization.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leadership within a PMO or enterprise environment and experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, strategic initiatives with full accountability for scope, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes.
• Proven technical and business acumen, with the ability to operate at a strategic level and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
