How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Modern Endpoint Strategy: Lead the technical vision for enterprise endpoint management, utilizing Tanium and Workspace ONE to remotely manage and secure 100,000+ devices.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing engineering team. Focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Vendor & Partner Governance: Oversee large-scale outsourced partners and managed service providers, ensuring they meet strict performance standards and deliver high-quality results.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation: Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to transition the workforce from legacy hardware to modern cloud-based systems, utilizing digital experience tools to proactively improve employee productivity.
- Organizational Alignment & Culture: Build a collaborative environment that bridges technical silos, ensuring the team remains agile and composed while managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
Education
What minimum requirements you’ll need
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
- Operational Excellence: Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ensuring the department follows industry-standard best practices for service, support, and security patching.
- Strategic Execution & Delivery: Proven track record of taking complex, multi-phase technical roadmaps from concept to completion—delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
