Intern Managed Care Analytics
Location: Remote
Department: Ascension Data Science Institute
Schedule: Full time, Summer Internship
Salary: $17.37 - $23.50 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Assist in the creation of reporting and analytic packages by querying various healthcare data.
- Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects.
- Analyze reports to measure utilization, cost, and descriptive statistics.
- Review information for accuracy and reconcile data.
- Conduct and synthesize market research and benchmarks.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress towards or completion of a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a healthcare-related field.
- Healthcare industry knowledge (managed care, value-based care concepts, population health, healthcare economics).
- Prior internship experience in a healthcare organization.
