This is a remote, full-time position with a dayshift schedule.
The salary range for this role is $86,930.00 - $117,611.00 per year.

Responsibilities
As a Grants Pre-Award Supervisor, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the grant proposal process.
- Serve as the primary contact for collaborating sites and Principal Investigators to coordinate the development, preparation, and timely processing of grant proposals and budgets.
- Ensure all grant submissions and subcontracting agreements strictly comply with the policies of the Hospital, granting institutions, and federal agencies.
- Oversee pre-award financial tasks, including calculating salary/benefit expenses, verifying Fair Market Value (FMV) allocations, and ensuring expenses align with RFP requirements.
- Manage administrative systems and access (eRA, Justgrants.gov, Cayuse) while tracking critical SAM renewals and UEI updates to prevent registration lapses.
- Lead the documentation of pre-award procedures and maintain proposal tracking metrics to evaluate success rates and streamline the departmental workflow.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in grants and leadership.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Experience: 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to balance competing priorities and resolve pre-award challenges both independently and collaboratively.
