Overview
Ascension is looking for a Digital Employee Experience Architect to own and optimize our ControlUp ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing digital workspaces across virtual (Citrix, VMware, AVD) and physical environments using advanced technology and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the ControlUp ecosystem administration.
- Optimize digital experience for virtual and physical endpoints.
- Create custom PowerShell scripts for automated remediation.
- Analyze DEX data to address technical debt.
- Maintain infrastructure including Monitors, Data Collectors, and AD/GPO integration.
- Integrate ITSM platforms like ServiceNow for automated ticketing.
Technical Requirements
- Advanced ControlUp administration.
- PowerShell development expertise.
- Data analysis for actionable remediation plans.
- Hybrid VDI performance tuning (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD).
- Endpoint health and performance maintenance.
- Root cause analysis using deep-metric toolsets.
Requirements & Experience
Minimum education requirements vary: High School diploma with 3 years, Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years, or 7 years of applicable experience. Leadership or management experience (3 years) is preferred.
