Job Summary
As a Data Quality Analyst at Ascension, you will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity across the entire Ascension ecosystem. This vital remote role involves defining metrics, actively monitoring quality scorecards, and leading comprehensive remediation efforts. You will serve as a crucial liaison, bridging the gap between Data Governance, IT, and operational teams to guarantee that data is consistently fit for its intended purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Data Quality dimensions, metrics, and implement industry-standard scorecards to evaluate data integrity.
- Support the successful implementation of Data Quality and performance tracking platforms.
- Lead thorough data audits, execute cleanup exercises, and develop effective risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate Data Working Groups and champion data quality standards to various stakeholders across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess proficiency in tools and technologies such as SQL, GCP (BigQuery), Tableau, MD-Staff/MD-Stat, Collibra, Red Cap, Reltio, and Symedical. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential, with an ability to build trust and credibility through collaboration with peers and leaders.
Education Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR
- 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
