How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead the clinical flow by preparing exam rooms and prioritizing patient transitions to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for both the provider and the patient.
- Capture the patient’s story by accurately measuring vital signs and interviewing patients to ensure the care team has a clear, real-time clinical picture before every consultation.
- Master clinical documentation by transcribing diagnoses, orders, and follow-up instructions into the patient record, ensuring the accuracy of the care journey from start to finish.
- Optimize the care environment by managing essential supplies and materials, ensuring the team is always equipped to provide uninterrupted patient care.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required: Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association, American Medical Certification (AMCA), National Association for Health Professionals, National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), or American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
