Overview

The Associate Consultant at Ascension will support national strategic and operational initiatives through effective project management, change management, deliverable creation, relationship building, and people management on the Strategic Integration Team.

Responsibilities

Project & Change Management: Support healthcare strategy implementations by tracking tasks, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder accountability. Assist in designing and executing change management plans including communications, training, and success measurement. Aid in launching the National Incident Command Center during crises by coordinating with leaders and tracking updates.

Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and project members through customer service, situational awareness, and proactive engagement.

Deliverable Creation: Develop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and executive-level reports. Prepare clear presentations and project updates using data-driven insights.

People Management: Support recruiting and onboarding processes as a peer partner to integrate new associates into team culture.

Requirements

Minimum education and experience requirements include a high school diploma with 3 years experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years, or 7 years applicable experience. Leadership or management experience is preferred.
