About the Role
Ascension is seeking an Administrative Fellow to join their Administration department. This is a full-time, day shift position with a remote work arrangement. The Administrative Fellow will support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in healthcare administration and contribute to reimagining healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.
- Assist in the formulation, enhancement, and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.
- Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets, and/or resource allocation.
- Complete data collection, research, and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Lead assigned, critical projects.
- Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, action items, and outlining key decisions.
- Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning, and defined projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Enrolled or graduate of a Master's degree program preferred.
