Title: Data Analyst 2

Location: Remote

Explain a typical day in the role

  • Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that provide visibility into data quality trends, exceptions, and key performance indicators.
  • Build AI-assisted solutions using Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents to improve data analysis and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing attributes, and process gaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Lead data remediation initiatives and coordinate stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Establish data quality metrics, monitoring processes, and governance controls.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, business rules, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is The team is responsible for supporting supply chain operations by ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and availability of required deliverables prior to project launches.


Key projects: This role will design and implement Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automated processes that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.


Candidate Requirements

Required Skills & Experience (4 years of experience)

  • Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience using Copilot, prompt engineering, AI agents, or similar AI technologies to solve business problems and automate processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data quality assessment and root cause analysis.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple systems.
  • Experience leading data quality, governance, remediation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including stakeholder management, issue resolution, and driving actions to closure.
  • Experience creating process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

  • The Materials Master Team (MMT) is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst to improve the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical supply chain master data
  • This role will design and implement Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automated processes that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.
  • The ideal candidate combines business intelligence development, data analysis, AI solution design, and project leadership to drive measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $1,08,000 - 1,14,000 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
