About the Role
Ascendion is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

- Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and proactively address potential issues.
