Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation and transfer pricing engagements across industries.
• Develop complex financial models, economic analyses, and benchmarking studies.
• Partner with clients to design and defend global transfer pricing policies.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams on cross-border planning and risk management.
• Provide technical expertise on valuation methodologies and economic analyses.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client and regulatory needs.
• Represent clients during audits and dispute resolutions.
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and mentor team members.
• Drive practice growth through business development and thought leadership.
• Stay informed on changes in tax law, transfer pricing regulations, and valuation standards.

Desired Qualifications

• BBA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, ASA, or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in business valuation and/or transfer pricing.
• Expertise in valuation techniques, economic principles, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Strong analytical, quantitative modeling, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in client relationship management and team development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for practice growth.
