Responsibilities

  • Act as primary communication conduit between operations and customers regarding shipping dates and supply issues.
  • Align customer program expectations with operational capabilities and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Sales to increase selling time and streamline tasks.
  • Track, report, and manage large, complex orders with high SKU counts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and document customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, mathematics, statistics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, PowerBI, and Snowflake.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with a customer-focused, can-do mindset.
  • Ability to balance customer advocacy with company priorities and travel up to 10%.
