Role Overview

As a Software Consultant, you will be crucial to our core integration development initiatives. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and actively shaping our digital and engineering practices. We champion autonomy and agile methodologies, empowering teams to continuously enhance customer outcomes.

You will address complex, enterprise-scale integration challenges within a collaborative squad that highly values your expertise. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting best practices and cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and innovation. ASB Bank advocates for T-Shaped teams, encouraging engagement across all engineering facets daily. We seek developers with a diverse range of technical skills for the following activities:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Design, maintain, and develop API applications.
• Drive continuous improvement for process scalability and high availability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Oversee monitoring, alerting, and reporting on environments.
• Champion best practices and foster a learning culture within the team.
• Utilize CI/CD tools for efficient development and deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CRM and Core Integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Analyze, understand, and work with existing code bases across different .NET versions.
• Support and modernize legacy WCF services.
• Design and implement REST APIs for integration and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a passion for mentoring others.
• Proven expertise in .NET development (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core).
• Expertise with both legacy WCF services and modern REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to complex, existing code bases.
• Experience with CRM systems and integration projects (desirable).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
