Senior Business Analyst - CRM

The Transformation and Delivery Practice is a team which works across all areas ("chapters") of delivery, including Business Analysis, Change Management, Execution (which includes Delivery Leads and Project Management), and Portfolio. These chapters support initiatives right across ASB, helping us work in new ways, and developing outstanding customer experiences through change and transformation.
Mo te tūranga | About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst - CRM position will focus on enabling great customer outcomes by providing business analysis services within our Enterprise Customer Tribe, supporting the transformation of our CRM experiences to help accelerate progress for all New Zealanders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Business Analysis activities in our CRM squads, exhibiting the below skills in everything you do:

You are a passionate, positive and experienced professional who has a demonstrated ability to think critically to enable great customer outcomes. You are skilled at managing a diverse mix of stakeholders using all forms of communications, with proven experience in managing complex processes and transformational change. You are known for taking a united, fun, collaborative and empowering approach to complex pieces of work.
- To have demonstrated these traits you'd likely have at least 5 years' working as a Business Analyst, with Salesforce experience
- Knowledge of banking, wealth management or insurance as well as working with highly complex models, is ideal.
