Revenue Strategy Analyst, EMEA at Asana
We are seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to join the Revenue Strategy team at Asana. You will partner with Sales leaders to define segment-level GTM strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead strategic initiatives for this high-growth business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leaders on planning, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
- Represent EMEA to revenue leadership and cross-functional partners
- Lead regional strategic projects and collaborate across functions
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to guide strategies
- Refine Asana's selling model including team cadence, processes, policies, data, and tools
- Contribute to annual planning by developing EMEA GTM strategy, templates, and models
About You
You should have 3+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, finance, or management consulting. You will have experience managing complex projects from inception to execution and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce is required, along with an interest in AI tools and emerging technologies.
What We’ll Offer
Our compensation package is designed to reflect the market value of your role. In addition to a base salary in the range of £75,000 - £85,000, you may receive equity, sales incentive pay, and various benefits including mental health, wellness, career coaching, inclusive family building benefits, long-term savings plans, and in-office culinary options.
