This position is within the evolving global business development team. You will collaborate with business development personnel across the firm, including those responsible for client systems and business development programs. Winning work is key to Arup's success, and this role enables firm growth by providing critical data insights.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assist in the creation of Power BI reports using CRM, finance, and other data for marketing, communications, and business development teams.
- Collaborate with leadership and MCBD to define reporting requirements, propose solutions, and gather feedback.
- Support the coordination of the Marketing Data Warehouse, integrating data from digital marketing platforms like Marketo, and expanding to include website and social media data for a comprehensive view of digital marketing channel performance.
- Utilize reporting expertise to enhance CRM and other tools, ensuring optimal data configuration for reporting needs.
- Explore the application of AI in developing reporting solutions and generating insights into business growth.
- Partner with Arup's broader analytics community on predictive modeling and statistical analysis projects to uncover insights for improving work-winning processes.

- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills; eagerness to grow these skills.
- Interest in languages such as Python and tools like Databricks and SQL querying.
- Experience working with CRM and/or finance data, including data cleaning prior to processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications And Accreditations
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
Knowledge And Experience
- Experience in data management, knowledge management, and analytics.
- Knowledge of client systems and software development.
- Proficiency in marketing and communications technologies, and knowledge of marketing data (bidding and client data).
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current trends in AI, data information, machine learning, and data quality is a plus.
