Team and Responsibilities

This role is part of the Digital Technology group in the Client Services team. You will lead an IT team across the Canadian region from a senior position based in Toronto. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading IT support teams and managed service providers.
  • Inspiring and mentoring Client Services Analysts.
  • Delivering regional/global IT projects in collaboration with multifunctional teams.
  • Engaging with business team members to align solutions with needs.
  • Championing operational excellence using ITIL-compliant practices.

Essential Skills

Applicants should have at least 6 years of experience in leading IT support teams, a strong ability to deliver IT projects, and hands-on experience in managing Microsoft environments, Audio Visual systems, and server infrastructure. A sound understanding of ITIL and experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is essential.
