Product Context

ArtBot is an AI-powered technology platform that automates initial customer interaction, collects data, structures cases, and then connects users with a professional (gestor, lawyer, or other specialist). The platform’s goal is to transform traditional services into a standardized and scalable model, where professionals operate within a defined system rather than independently.

1. Design and Implementation of the Gestor Model within the Platform

Objective

To design and implement a comprehensive operational model for integrating gestores into the platform, transforming their services into structured and scalable processes.

Task Scope

The candidate will be responsible for:

• 1.1. Define the Gestor Model
  • Types of gestores: onboarding (freelancer registration), recurring management (fiscal and accounting), experts (complex cases).
  • Requirements: professional experience, specialization, languages, ability to work with standardized processes.
  • Operational knowledge of: Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), Social Security (Seguridad Social).
• 1.2. Structure Services as a Product
  • For each service: defined scope (what is included), exclusions, necessary customer data, expected outcome, execution timeframe, limitations.
  • Examples: freelancer registration, fiscal registration, monthly management, tax filing.
• 1.3. Design Complete Operational Processes
  • Build complete end-to-end workflows, including: freelancer registration, tax office registration, business activity commencement.
  • For each process: data collected by the system (AI), data received by the gestor, data to be validated by the gestor, actions to be performed, order of operations, alternative scenarios (e.g., without TIE, without bank account, non-resident client).
  • The result must be an applicable operating system, not a theoretical description.
• 1.4. Integration with AI Architecture
  • Define: tasks performed by the system, point of gestor intervention, when escalation to human occurs, information transferred automatically.
  • The goal is for the gestor to focus on decision-making, not repetitive operational tasks.
• 1.5. SLA and Quality Control
  • Define: service execution times, deadline control, communication standards, performance metrics (times, errors, completed cases).
• 1.6. Gestor Onboarding
  • Design the incorporation process: selection, verification, evaluation, system training, subsequent follow-up.

• Clear and applicable operational model
• Services structured as a product
• Defined and usable processes
• Foundation for scaling the gestor network

2. Resolution of the Bank Account Opening Problem Without TIE

Context

For freelancer registration, a bank account is mandatory. In practice, many entities do not open accounts without a TIE, which blocks the process.

Objective

To find and implement a functional mechanism that allows clients to open a bank account before obtaining their TIE.

Task Scope

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Negotiating with at least three banking entities, including: BBVA, Banco Santander, CaixaBank.
• Identifying possible avenues: opening with NIE and favorable resolution, basic accounts compliant with European regulations, other applicable mechanisms.
• Defining a clear process: required documentation, steps, timelines.
• Validating the model with a real case: opening an account without a TIE, effective use for freelancer registration.

Expected Outcome

• At least one functional operational solution
• Replicable process
• Real case executed successfully

3. Obtaining Collaborator Status with the Tax Agency

Context

To scale the model and enable efficient management of tax procedures, it is necessary to operate directly with the Tax Agency through social collaborator status.

Objective

To define, negotiate, and implement access to this status or a functional equivalent alternative.

Task Scope

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the requirements for obtaining the status: legal conditions, entity type, necessary documentation.
• Evaluating options: direct acquisition by the company, model through accredited gestores.
• Interacting with the Tax Agency: validating the platform model's viability, confirming compatibility with AI and marketplace use.
• Implementing a solution: obtaining the status or a legally valid alternative model.
• Integrating the model into the platform: who submits documentation, how authorizations are managed, how it connects with internal processes.

• Validated model for interaction with the Tax Agency
• Status obtained or operational alternative implemented
• Integrable and scalable process within the product
