About the Role

The Engineering Manager will lead feature application teams responsible for the core functionality of Arteria AI's enterprise platform. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
  • Drive feature delivery with quality and timeliness.
  • Provide technical direction in architecture and design.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and SDETs to manage scope.
  • Champion best practices in testing, code review, and CI/CD.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise environments.
