Artera is an AI startup developing medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Their mission is to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.

Role Overview

The Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving ArteraAI's mission by developing and managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, oncologists, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Understand and communicate the applications and benefits of AI-based medical tests.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using a Client Relationship Management system.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.).
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in Oncology/Urology is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, accompanied by a competitive commission structure, equity, 401k matching, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
