Role Overview

The Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by developing and managing key client relationships within the healthcare sector.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare institutions and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of our AI-based medical tests.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics to effectively position solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to synchronize sales efforts with product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals with efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities with CRM software.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.) and 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in oncology/urology, preferably in healthcare or AI-driven sectors. Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales and familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and treatments is required. Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

Location & Compensation

This role is based in Texas (Houston area). Salary ranges from $165,000 to $185,000 per year and includes a competitive commission structure, equity, 401k matching, unlimited PTO, and additional benefits.
