Mission
Lead the group-wide business transformation and information security initiatives. This role involves steering process redesign, implementing tools (ERP modules, SaaS platforms, custom solutions), and overseeing security & compliance across all group functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.). A strong Finance background is a key asset for leading this workstream with credibility. The Head of ATF Transformation directly manages the Head of ATF Products, the Group CISO, and the Head of IT France.
Key Responsibilities
1 — Business Process Transformation (Group-wide, Finance as anchor)
- Redesign and modernize group operations, with a primary focus on Finance, extending to all functions.
- Map, challenge, and redesign business processes across all functions (Finance: R2R, P2P, O2C, Tax, Treasury; plus HR, Sales, Operations) to identify inefficiencies and harmonization opportunities.
- Define target operating models with business leadership, balancing group-level standardization with local specificities, and prioritize transformation initiatives based on value and effort.
- Drive adoption across all business communities through communication plans, Super User networks, tiered training programs, and alignment with key stakeholders (CFO, COO, CEO, HR Lead).
2 — Tool Strategy & Implementation Oversight
- Own the optimal mix of ERP modules, SaaS, and custom-built tools across the Group.
- Define and maintain the Group business tools roadmap; steer build/buy/configure decisions and supervise delivery in close collaboration with the Head of ATF Products.
- Oversee ERP deployments (vendor & SI relationships, data migration) and custom tool rollouts; track CAPEX/OPEX budgets and manage SLAs with cloud providers.
3 — Data Governance & Integrity
- Establish a Group data governance framework covering ownership, quality rules, lineage, and access rights by function.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all business data flows (with the Group DPO) and reliable data availability for Group-level reporting.
4 — Security, Compliance & Resilience (Group-wide)
- Protect all Group functions and maintain international certifications, setting strategic direction in close collaboration with the Group CISO.
- Own ISO 27001 compliance: documentation, controls, audits, certification renewals, and scope extension; champion security-by-design in all transformation initiatives.
- Define and enforce information security policies; sponsor security culture programs (phishing simulations, awareness training); oversee BCP/DRP and lead preparation for external certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2).
5 — IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Set direction and own the budget; day-to-day operations managed by the Head of IT France.
- Define the Group IT infrastructure strategy: hardware lifecycle, endpoint standards, network architecture, and server consolidation roadmap.
- Own the IT infrastructure budget (CAPEX/OPEX); set Group standards for workstation provisioning, MDM platforms, and network access policies in partnership with the Head of IT France.
