Within Artefact 3000, the business unit "AI for content production and marketing transformation" develops strong expertise around the latest generative AI technologies to advise our clients and support them in developing innovative solutions. Our clients are international brands in the retail, FMCG, luxury, energy, financial services, and healthcare sectors, among others.

The Role
As a Gen AI Specialist - Content Creation & Marketing, you will join the "AI for content production and marketing transformation" business unit and be involved in all our offers: client project delivery, R&D on emerging models and tools, internal and external training, and commercial development of the offer. You will work at the intersection of creative production, AI engineering, innovation, and consulting: a unique hybrid position requiring both technical depth and business acumen.
This is an operational role with a direct impact on ongoing client projects for major international brands. You will be expected to contribute autonomously from your arrival, in close collaboration with our creative technologists, prompt artists, art directors, and data consultants.
Main Missions
Client Project Delivery
- Develop and deploy generative AI solutions for content production at scale (image, video, text assets for SMA, TV Ads, SEA, CRM, e-commerce website...).
- Design and build AI production pipelines integrating reference models (Flux, Seedream Wan, Z-Image, Gemini, Seedance, VEO, Sora, etc.) with nodal workflows (ComfyUI, Fal, Freepik, Weavy) and generation via API integration into interfaces.
- Directly produce AI-generated creative assets for client campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and commercial quality.
- Implement LoRA fine-tuning workflows and model adaptation to faithfully reproduce visual elements specific to a brand (products, characters, mascots).
- Architect end-to-end "content factory" solutions: from AI asset generation to brand compliance validation, to channel activation and performance measurement.
- Frame client needs in generative AI: use case identification, technical scoping, reference sharing, and solution design.
R&D, Technological Watch, and Innovation
- Stay constantly informed of the latest advancements in generative AI for content: new models, tools, techniques, and platform updates.
- Benchmark and evaluate emerging tools across the entire creative chain: image generation (Google, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Reve...), video generation (Runway, Kling, Seedance, Wan, Minimax...), voice/music (ElevenLabs, Suno), and nodal production interfaces (ComfyUI, Freepik, Flora, Fal, Weavy...).
- Test, prototype, and integrate new capabilities into our production pipelines.
- Share discoveries with the team and contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices.
Training and Skills Transfer
- Design and lead training sessions on generative AI tools for internal teams (Artefact 3000 creatives, consultants) and external clients (marketing, creative, and business profiles).
- Create dedicated training materials covering prompt engineering, image/video generation workflows, nodal interfaces, and AI-assisted content production.
- Support client workshops and AI awareness sessions at the COMEX level.
- Contribute to Artefact's Qualiopi-certified training programs on Gen AI.
Business Development
- Contribute to responses for tenders and commercial proposals for Gen AI content production mandates.
- Support pitch preparation with technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and case study materials.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in AI content production.
- Participate in the development of the partner ecosystem (Google, Adobe, and other technology partners).
Your Profile
Education
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (AI, computer science, data science) with a strong creative sensibility and an interest in content production and marketing.
- Creative training, graphic/digital design (art direction, graphic design, motion design, digital creation) with demonstrated expertise in generative AI tools, digital production tools (Adobe Suite, Blender, Figma, Jitter...), and a strong technical aptitude for nodal workflows or code (Python, JSON).
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (consulting, AI engineering, innovation, creative technology, digital production).
Technical Skills (Required)
- Practical knowledge of reference generative models: Nano Banana, Flux, MidJourney, Seedance, Seedream, Z-Image, Minimax, Kling, Runway, etc., and the ability to quickly evaluate new outputs.
- Proficiency in nodal AI production interfaces: ComfyUI, Weavy, Fal, or equivalent for image/video generation.
- Practical knowledge of digital production/DTP software: Adobe Suite, Blender, Houdini, Figma, Jitter...
- Experience or solid understanding of image/video generation tools.
- Proficiency in AI assistants and productivity tools: Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini, Cursor, V0, Lovable, etc.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python), API integrations, and cloud AI infrastructure (GCP/Azure/AWS) is a plus.
Technical Skills (Appreciated)
- Experience in LoRA fine-tuning (Kohya, custom training scripts).
- Proficiency in digital production/DTP software: Adobe Suite, Blender, Houdini, Figma, Jitter.
- Experience with DAM/PIM systems and marketing asset management platforms.
