The Role

Arsenal Football Club is seeking an Academy Football Analyst to provide insightful and deliverable performance analysis for our U9-U15 age groups within the Foundation Phase and Early Youth Development Phase. Reporting from our highly reputable Hale End site, you will follow and develop analysis processes and workflows to ensure optimal standards of quality.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver an elite analysis programme for U9-U15 teams and coaches.
  • Film, code and capture key moments from matches and training sessions.
  • Innovate training methods and develop drill libraries aligned with Academy practices.
  • Support individual player development with video analysis and feedback.
  • Assist in developing learning resources for comprehensive coach development.

  • Proven background in elite-level football analysis and tactical understanding.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wider football landscape.
  • UEFA C Coaching License and a related undergraduate degree.
  • Experience working with young players at an Academy level.
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset with emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering performance insights.
