Responsibilities of an Operations Analyst
- Direct global cash operations including wire and account setup, investment/fund payment flows, and quarterly accounts payable coordination.
- Manage and maintain bank accounts and KYC requests across regional banking relationships.
- Process and report P&L entries for RE funds and credit facilities.
- Coordinate liquidity, credit facility, and collateral activities across counterparties.
- Deliver frequent balance report updates.
- Provide support and analysis for investor requests, capital activity, database updates, regulatory reporting, and investment expense tracking.
Requirements for an Operations Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of related middle office experience.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of collateral management and real estate investment operations.
- Experience with Geneva, VBA, and/or SQL a plus.
