Role Summary: Technical Presales Consultant

This role is geared towards supporting Business Unit NetSec partners and resellers in Austria with innovative solutions sourced from leading manufacturers such as HPE, Juniper Networks, Cisco, HP, Arista, Huawei, and more. You will be involved in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), installation support, and technical training while building laboratory test environments.

Responsibilities

• Support mid-market customers and resellers with network and security solutions.
• Conduct technical trainings and partner support sessions.
• Execute proof of concepts and provide installation support.
• Collaborate with the System Engineering team in lab setups.
• Represent Arrow at events, roadshows, and product presentations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have a technical IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, or University) with relevant industry experience, strong network technology skills (Switching, Routing, Wireless), familiarity with Windows and Linux, basic IT security knowledge, and excellent communication skills in German and English. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel primarily within Austria are required.
