The Role

  • **Title:** VP of Sales (Commission-Only, 90-Day Trial)
  • **ACV:** $180K-$220K annual contracts
  • **Sales Cycle:** 30-60 days (fast, not enterprise crawl)
  • **Target Buyers:** CROs at PE-backed SaaS + mid-market companies

What You'll Do

  • Work warm pipeline (our diagnostic tool generates leads)
  • Navigate complex buying committees (CRO/RevOps/CEO)
  • Close $180K-$220K contracts using our intelligent outbound methodology
  • Prove what we sell by using it to sell it

The Compensation

The commission structure accelerates with volume and speed:

  • **Deal 1:** 15% + $5K bonus
  • **Deal 2:** 18%
  • **Deal 3:** 21%
  • **Deal 4+:** 25%
  • **Velocity bonuses:** +1-3% for closes <60 days
  • **Trail commissions:** 5% on renewals

90-Day Earnings:

  • **2 deals =** $70K
  • **4 deals =** $172K
  • **7 deals =** $350K

If You Hit 2+ Deals → Full-Time Offer:

  • $60K-$80K base + 12% commission
  • 0.5-1.5% equity (4-year vest)
