Work within our Digitalization & Software department with the energy of a startup but the backing of a leading automotive company. Help drive digital transformation by exploring new technologies, including AI, challenging outdated processes and building smarter, faster ways to innovate.
Your Tasks
- Analyze and structure complex processes in the Automotive R&D environment.
- Advise management on product vision definition.
- Develop and present concrete ideas, requirements, and solution concepts.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
- Consult business and IT units on new technology usage and solution options.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement technical solutions.
- Support rollout activities and change management.
- Identify and assess innovative technologies such as AI.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect in IT projects.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable concepts.
- Experience with product data management and development processes is a plus.
- Background in the automotive sector is beneficial.
- Experience in digital solution rollout and change management is a bonus.
- Business proficient in English; German is an advantage.
