Overview

The L2 Infrastructure Engineer at Arrise Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd provides Level 2 infrastructure support focusing on network devices, VPN and remote access, Active Directory servers, Azure Entra, and monitoring & SIEM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support network devices including Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall) and Switches/WiFi (Cisco, HP, TP-Link, Ubiquiti/Unify, D-Link, Aruba).
  • Manage VPN, remote access, Active Directory servers and Azure Entra.
  • Utilize Monitoring and SIEM tools such as Zabbix, Sentinel, PRTG, and NetFlow Analyzer to monitor and resolve alerts within SLA.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Use TeamViewer, Jira, and other collaboration tools for remote support and ticket management.
  • Perform detailed shift handovers and generate reports to identify trends and proactive fixes.
  • Participate in project tasks, maintenance activities, and process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure uptime and business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in infrastructure engineering or network administration.
  • Expertise in firewall platforms, switches, VPN, cloud environments, Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
  • Proficiency with Zabbix, Sentinel, PRTG, NetFlow Analyzer.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills; experience with TeamViewer and Jira.
  • Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft/Azure, ITIL Foundation.
  • Experience with hybrid infrastructure models, cloud-native tools, automation or scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
