As a remote-first company, we prioritize opportunities for high-performing individuals to make a significant impact within the rapidly expanding fintech sector. Our clear mission, dedication to continuous improvement, and willingness to experiment empower us to deliver exceptional products for our clients and users.
We are seeking two People Partners: one to support our Go-To-Market organization and another for our Engineering and Product teams, serving the broader Array organization.
The Role: People Partner
Working closely with the Senior Director of People, the Talent Strategy Team, and functional leadership across GTM and/or Engineering and Product, you will translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and programs that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, owning and executing talent initiatives tailored to the specific needs of your client group. Additionally, you will flex across the People team to support broader company priorities within our small, high-growth environment.
This is an immediate opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping and executing people and talent strategies that support Array’s growth, with a focus on organizational design, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and culture. This role reports to the Senior Director of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent enablement with a special emphasis on GTM or Engineering & Product, translating organization-wide people and talent strategies into clear, actionable programs that support high performance, productivity, and scalability.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and an extension of People leadership within supported functions.
- Design, build, and execute people and talent programs from the ground up, managing the full lifecycle from concept through implementation, iteration, and measurement.
- Lead functional talent management across your dedicated teams, including organizational design, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and capability development aligned to business plans.
- Develop, retain, and increase engagement across a distributed workforce.
- Partner closely with the People & Talent Strategy team to develop, pilot, and scale people initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
- Lead and support change management efforts related to organizational growth, team evolution, and restructuring, ensuring leader readiness and adoption.
- Coach and advise leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and overall team health.
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and external benchmarks; leverage people analytics and stay current on industry trends to inform recommendations and program design.
- Effectively balance and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, making informed trade-offs based on business outcomes and team needs.
- Contribute broadly to People team priorities in a small, high-growth environment, flexing across functions and initiatives as needed while maintaining ownership of core talent strategy responsibilities.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

- Data- and process-driven, with the ability to leverage insights and metrics to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience coaching managers and leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, and people leadership topics.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable making trade-offs in service of business outcomes.
